Renting the Depot
Durand Union Station is a 122-year-old historic building offering unique surroundings to accommodate your company party, business meeting, wedding, reception, shower, or other special occasion. Add some nostalgia to your event, and surround yourself and your guests with local history!
Due to its unusual structure, Durand Union Station is one of the most photographed train depots in the United States.

Prices range from $250.00 to $2,000.00 depending on size and type of event and room/s rented. Events serving alcohol are subject to larger security deposit, TIPS bartender requirements, and liability policy.

Room Capacity: Ballroom - 145 people; Boardroom - 45 people
Caterer’s prep kitchen is available for use.

Evening events must be concluded by 11 pm.
Events ending after 5:00 pm, starting before 9:00 am, or on weekends
require a building caretaker.

A fee will be charged if additional cleanup needs to be performed by Depot Staff.
​
Security deposit is needed to reserve the date of your event. Security deposits do NOT go toward the cost of your rental, they are in addition to. They are refundable, provided that there are no damages or issues following DUSI policies.
Events serving alcohol require a larger security deposit, TIPS certified bartender and a liability insurance policy.
