Renting the Depot
Durand Union Station is a 120-year-old historic building offering unique surroundings to accommodate your company party, business meeting, wedding, reception, shower, or other special occasion. Add some nostalgia to your event, and surround yourself and your guests with local history!
Due to its unusual structure, Durand Union Station is one of the most photographed train depots in the United States.

Prices range from $250.00 to $1,500.00 depending on size and type of event and room/s rented. Events serving alcohol are subject to larger security deposit, TIPS bartender and liability policy.

Room Capacity: Ballroom - 145 people, Boardroom - 45 people
Caterer’s prep kitchen is available for use

Rentals are for 7 hours including setup/teardown, with charges for additional hours
Evening events must be concluded by 11 pm
Events ending after 5:00 pm, starting before 9:00 am or on weekends
require a building caretaker ($125.00 fee)

A $35.00 fee will be charged for additional cleanup performed by Depot Staff.
Events serving alcohol require larger security deposit, TIPS bartender and liability insurance policy.
