About The Event
Per DaniJo:
"Using techniques such as slab rolling, using a slump mold and making a beautiful texture using leaves you will create your very own bowl perfect to welcome in our Michigan Summer!!
I will be bringing many different types of leaves but if you have some you would like to use please feel free to bring them for your bowl!
Bring your creativity and I will bring the rest!
** As you will learn in class, pottery requires to dry before it can be "fired" in my electric kiln.
Because I would like your bowls to be food safe. I will bring an example of 3 different glazes that you can choose from. Once your bowls are dry, I will add your chosen glaze color and fire your bowls to 2232 degrees fahrenheit.
When the bowls are completed, I will contact you for delivery or pick up!"
