If Durand Area Schools are closed, Durand Union Station is closed as well.

Overnight travelers are encouraged to park in the "overnight parking" located on the right side of the drive. Parking is free for as long as your trip requires. Donations are always welcome. Amtrak allows two carry-on luggage per person.

Durand Union Station, Inc., established in 1982, is a non-profit established for the preservation and operation of the Durand Union Station and Michigan Railroad History Museum by engaging and educating the community through the celebration of railroading; it's past, present, and future.
