The Durand Union Station is a 112-year-old historic building that offers unique surroundings to accommodate your company party, business meeting, wedding, reception, or other special occasion. Add some nostalgia to your event, and surround yourself and your guests with local history!
Due to its unusual structure, the Durand Union Station is one of the most photographed train depots in the United States.

The ballroom can accommodate up to 145 people and the boardroom up to 40 people.
The caterer’s prep kitchen is available for use at your event.
All evening events must be concluded by 10 p.m.
There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 required for all events. Additional clean-up on our part is a $35.00 fee. All events that end after 5:00 pm or begin before 9:00 am or are on weekend require a caretaker fee of $70.00.

Events serving alcohol require extra fees and services, such as liability insurance. Call for further details.
