Facility Rental Prices


Durand Union Station makes a unique backdrop for weddings, showers, business or group meetings, dinners or other events.


  • The ballroom can accommodate up to 145 people and the boardroom up to 40 people.
  • The caterer's prep kitchen is available for use at your event.
  • All evening events must be concluded by 10 p.m. and everyone is to be off the premises by that time.
  • There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 required for all events.


  • 1. Rehearsal, Wedding, & Reception $400.00
    Use of ballroom and boardroom for dressing
    Limits: Rehearsals - 2 hours evening before
    Wedding & reception - 6 hours
    Setup - 2 hours before; Cleanup - 1 hour after
    Security Deposit required: $150.00

  • 2. Wedding & Reception, Dinner or Shower $350.00
    Use of ballroom and boardroom
    Limits: Wedding & reception, dinner or shower - 4 hours
    Setup - 2 hours before; Cleanup - 1 hour after
    Security Deposit required: $150.00

  • 3. Wedding Only, Dinner or Shower $300.00
    Use of ballroom only
    Limits: Wedding, dinner or shower - 4 hours
    Setup - 2 hours before; Cleanup - 1 hour after
    Security Deposit required: $150.00

  • 4. Wedding Only, Dinner or Shower $100.00
    Use of boardroom only
    Limits: Wedding, dinner or shower - 4 hours
    Setup - 2 hours before; Cleanup - 1 hour after

  • 5. Business/Group Meetings, Seminars or Conferences $55.00 Hourly
    Use of ballroom and boardroom
    Limits: Setup - 2 hours before; Cleanup - 1 hour after $350.00 Half Day (7 hrs.)
    Security Deposit required: $50.00 (half day event); $150.00 (all day event) $650.00 All Day (14 hrs.)

  • 6. Business/Group Meetings, Seminars or Conferences $47.00 Hourly
    Use of ballroom only
    Limits: Setup - 2 hours before; Cleanup - 1 hour after $300.00 Half Day (7 hrs.)
    Security Deposit required: $50.00 (half day event); $150.00 (all day event) $550.00 All Day (14 hrs.)

  • 7. Business/Group Meetings, Seminars or Conferences $17.00 Hourly
    Use of boardroom only
    Limits: Setup - 2 hours before; Cleanup - 1 hour after $100.00 Half Day (7 hrs.)
    Security Deposit required: $50.00 $150.00 All Day (14 hrs.)

  • 8. Discount for regularly scheduled events (i.e. business meetings)
    • Weekly usage 15% discount
    • Monthly usage 10% discount
    • Quarterly usage 5% discount
